Positive: The Villa was beautiful and extremely well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. It was in a gorgeous quiet location with beautiful views and amazing wildlife. Rooms were a comfortable size and a huge bathroom. The air-conditioning was great and worked perfectly. We were glad to have use of the washing machine and coffee machine. We didn't use the TV during our stay but noticed the big collection of films which might appeal to some families. We just enjoyed sitting in the garden enjoying the sounds of nature. Sunrise over the sea was beautiful and if you get the chance I would recommend you rise early enough to see it The hosts were very friendly and left fresh juice, bread & cheese for our arrival. They often checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay and found everything okay. Responded quickly to any questions. Brilliant hospitality. We come to Kalathos every year and we would definitely return to villa helios. You would need a car to get to the villa but it's a great base with so much being a short drive away. Into Lindos only 10/15 minutes drive but very busy and not as authentic as the local area. There's a lovely pebble beach close by in Kalathos with crystal clear waters . Nice restaurants a 25 minute walk away. We recommend Alli Fasi 1907. For longer trips we recommend driving to the West and visiting Fourni beach 😁👌🏻

Negative: We couldn't figure out how to turn off the automatic lights in the garden - some night this spoiled the view for stargazing. No big deal at all we just took out the electricity card 😁
