Summary: We stayed here for one night at the end of a cruise vacation. The owners were very friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived at 9am and even offered us breakfast which was excellent. The man at breakfast even made us lattes and gave us touring tips for Athens as we only had that one day. The next morning they had boxed a breakfast for us to take with us to the airport since we had to leave at 6am. The room was very large, clean and the cold A/C was so welcome during the heatwave they were having. View of the Acropolis from their rooftop was great! We enjoyed it during breakfast and again that night when the Acropolis was lit up! Walking distance to everything we did: Acropolis Museum, Acropolis, Panathenaic Stadium, Hadrian's Arch, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Anafiotika neighborhood, Plaka...many restaurants, shops steps from the door. If you need to travel further, the metro stop is just outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.
