Summary: First 2 days we stayed in a horrible room. Nothing like what was in the pictures. It said on the site that rooms are accessible but they are not and we had to Carry a 13 year old disabled child up and down the stairs for 2 days. On top bathroom had mould. Bed was uncomfortable old dated. No sound proofing. We were then moved to the ground floor room which was better and cleaner. No room service to call. Food was ok. It's quite far from the main town. Some Good points: good pools, good friendly staff, kids friendly.
