Your stay includes fresh towels and beach towels. For your convenience, Artscape, Newtown Villa provides a washing machine and dryer to cater to your laundry needs.
Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While Newtown Artscape is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.
