The house has 2 storeys. On the ground floor, guests will find an airy open-plan living space furnished with a contemporary L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV and a neat dining table with 4 chairs. Large windows offer spectacular views over Lake Lugano to the hills beyond. The glass door opens directly onto a private terrace. Here you can relax on sunloungers after a refreshing dip in the lake. There is also a shaded outside dining area for meals al fresco.

Due to the geography of the area, Collina d’Oro is a 10-minute drive, so for supermarkets and other amenities the town of Agno (5 minutes) is a better option. For the freshest local produce, head to the farmers’ market, which takes place on Tuesday and Friday mornings in central Lugano (30 minutes)
