Set in a dazzling location in a small Cretan Village within natural surroundings, this fabulous house is set to amaze you in all possible ways. Blue Skyline as its name suggests bringing you closer to nature where what you see in front of you is the point where the blue of the sky meets the endless blue of the sea. It is a secluded Villa where the limit between inside and outside, tradition and modernity are transcended offering ultimate relaxation.
Blue Skyline Magnificent Villa consists of the main building and a bungalow.
The house occupies 2 floors. On the first floor there is the main entrance leading to the open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with cutting edge appliances; a large dining area with a big oak dining table; and a living room with big comfortable sofa and Smart TV set with Netflix. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry with a storage room. The whole floor is surrounded by the balconies and terraces with the place to sit, relax and enjoy the undisturbed and clear view to the sea, pool area and the beautiful garden.
On the ground floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, each in a different style but in matching with the blue theme of the house, with a flat-screen, satellite TV each. Three bedrooms have direct access to the sun terrace and swimming pool area, and one has access to the garden with a view on the palm trees. There are also three bathrooms: the master bathroom that features both a bathtub and a shower; one more en-suite bathroom with a shower; and a bathroom with a shower which is shared by 2 bedrooms.
Outside there is an enormous 10m x 4m pool with a tanning ledge, endless landscaped gardens, and lounging areas as well as a fully operational stone barbecue area.
There is also a separate cozy bungalow, available on request at extra cost of 100 euros per night. It is located 50 meters from the main building with a nice passage through the garden. The bungalow has its own bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a big terrace with sunbeds and beautiful view to the sea, the beaches, and the lights of Rethymno at night.
What is prevalent in this Villa is undoubtedly the interior waterfall which adds an exotic feeling to the house! Huge window doors leading to large verandas, as well as blue finishes that harmoniously intertwine with the other elements of the house, bring the sea and Greek motifs to all the interior spaces.
This house is really awe inspiring by its meticulous attention to detail along with its combination of sublime luxury and simplicity. Its location is very convenient as it is “away-from-it-all” while at the same time it is just a short drive away from local beaches and amenities.
Likotinara is a small beautiful Village which abounds with natural beauty. The local people take great care of it and they have showcased an area with very old Cretan wells as well as a rough path which leads to a small rocky natural beach. It has a local restaurant with Cretan cuisine within walkable distance from the Villa. Very close to the Village from 2 to 7 minutes away, there are a lot of other Cretan Villages which provide amenities like markets, restaurants, bank, hospital and other facilities. As far as beaches are concerned, the location could not be more strategic! It is near the longest sandy organized beach of Crete (9 km away which you can actually see a big of it from the Villa) as well as many other popular beaches. The national road is easily accessed within 20 minutes bringing you closer to the city of Chania (34,6 km away from the Villa) and Rethymno (30km away) and other Cretan landmarks.
