The studio as you can see in the pictures has one area with a double bed a single bed and a kitchenette. Additionally there is a bathroom with shower.
It was completely renovated in 2019 so everything in there is brand new!There is also a veranda with sea view, just 1 step from the sea and access to a small beach facing the sea canal and the neighbouring island named Kimolos.
The window seen in the picture overlooks the street. The veranda is on the other side of the property, after walking at the side of the building for 2 steps.The veranda has an area only for the guests of the studio, still it's right next to the area of another apartment in the same building, so you will always have your personal space available as a small fence separates the terrace in two parts.
