Lovingly renovated from top to bottom, our waterfront home is just a stone's throw away from the Aegean sea, with an unobstructed sea view. Located in Costa Ilios; a gated community with Cycladic village architecture, Mediterranean gardens and natural rock formations.
The grounds are car-free and safe for children to roam. Inside the community, walk to the private beach or Olympic sized saltwater pool* with beach bar. As an extra service housekeeping and change of linens provided for free every 5 days of your stay.
Our house is ideal for a family or two couples +1 and sleeps up to 5 people total, not more. With 90 square meters, interior living space on 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer dryer, wifi, smart TV, AC and ceiling fans throughout the house.
Important Note: There are no security cameras or listening devices on the property. The main bedroom on the second floor has a double bed, small balcony, ceiling fan and AC. Small bedroom on the Second floor has a single bed, a fan but no AC. Full bathroom with rain shower on the Second floor. On the basement level there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds a closet and mini fridge, AC and ceiling fan. On the basement level there is a full bath with rain shower and a utility space with washer/dryer
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped for LiGHT meal prep, with a coffee maker, fridge, and a full-sized electric stove. Many food delivery options are available nearby and Costa Ilios has it's own taverna open from May to October. Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth but not for drinking.
There is a Smart/cable TV service and Wifi. Our house has AC/Heating units and ceiling fans in all rooms except the small bedroom.
The house is managed by Margarita our housekeeper. She will meet you & show you how the house works. STARTER SUPPLIES of coffee, dish soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels will be supplied after that please shop your own supplies.
Costa Ilios near Ornos on the South West of the island. Just a 7-minute drive from the main town and the airport on an easily accessible road (this is an important distinction for Mykonos!). Ideally located for tranquillity whenever you wish for it, and all the buzz, nightlife and restaurants Mykonos has to offer.
Costa Ilios is not close to public transportation, you can use the taxi app IMove or message me and I can send you the name of a driver we use. Still to enjoy the house and the island we STRONGLY recommend having your own transportation car, ATV or motorbike. (Pushbikes are not useful, the roads are very steep and dangerous to walk on - there are no sidewalks).
* The community pool and taverna are open from May to October. No discount is given if they are not available.
** There is no smoking inside the house. No recreational drugs on the property. No parties or loud gatherings. We welcome guests who are over 25 years old, agree to the House Rules are respectful of neighbors and keep noise and other disturbances to an absolute minimum.
