First Floor
Villa Nikolaos is a two-level property, able to accommodate up to 7 guests. Entering the Villa, an open-plan cosy area, consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room invites you to feel more than welcome and make yourselves at home instantly!
The soft, earthly colours create a relaxing ambience and the luxurious furnishings promise you a comfortable stay! The corner sofa in living room can sleep one guests and it’s also the most suitable place to sit back and watch a movie, read a book and share some family moments! Right next to it, there is a dining area for the whole family! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your self-catered vacation and quite spacious to prepare your meals in it! One of the bedrooms of Villa Nikolaos is located on this floor, featuring a double bed. Finally, a family bathroom with a shower can also be found at this level.
Second Floor
A few steps above, marble stairs lead to the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa, one of which provides a double bed, while the last one has two single beds. All bedrooms are spacious, air conditioned and airy! Furthermore, an additional bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub.
Exterior
The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous and a 25 m2 swimming pool stands in the middle of the tile-paved terrace! The pool has a varying depth of 1.00 - 1.40m and it’s equipped with sun beds and umbrellas! Just imagine, sunbathing under the hot summer sun and then preparing your lunch at the BBQ facilities, right next to the pool! The outdoor dining area under the shade pergola will make al fresco dining your favourite moment of the day! Beside the pool there is also a lovely garden area with flower beds, pots and a beautiful oak tree!
