Summary: The Good: Clean, close to the beach and extremely helpful personnel. The main-bed was comfortable. The Bad: The sofa-bed was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchenette did not have a working water faucet; the bathroom was so narrow as to make use of the toilet difficult (especially if you are right-handed); the shower-head did not have a nut to hold the it against the wall-hook, forcing you to hold it throughout (a minor inconvenience). The personnel were responsive to our needs and repaired the issues as much as possible. Please note, that I would stay there again.
