With a beautiful, wide view of the Ionian Sea and the nearby coast, lies the two-storey holiday home with 2 apartments, surrounded by a large garden plot with numerous Mediterranean plants and flowers. The house, built in the 70s, was renovated in 2001 and 2019.
On the ground floor, with its own entrance, is the apartment MIKIA. The upstairs apartment is occasionally inhabited in the summer months by the German-speaking landlords.
The friendly, bright and colorful decor of Ferienwohnung MIKIA radiates peace and harmony. The large living / dining room leads directly onto the large, covered, sea-facing terrace. With a fantastic view of the blue Ionian Sea, the terrace is the heart of this holiday home. You will be able to enjoy many atmospheric sunset experiences depending on the season. From the living room there is a hall, two steps up the hall, the bedrooms, the shared bathroom and the kitchen. From the kitchen it goes directly to the garden-facing terrace and the garden.
If you are looking for a very quiet and still very typical rural Greek area for your holiday, you will feel at home here. A charming landscape and some beautiful sandy beaches in the surrounding area contribute to this.
Until the bay in the village with sundecks is only about 200 m. The beautiful sandy beach in the protected bay of Stomio after about 4km is very child-friendly. Further south is the beautiful Langouvardos sandy bay, about 14 km from the house.
Every year on the 15th. On the feast of the Assumption Day the church celebrates a huge folk festival. Many snack bars and market stalls stand with their goods on the main street. Musicians and many visitors of the surrounding villages move on the evening of the 14th and 15th August through the village and celebrate. After that, peace and tranquility re-enter the dreamy place.
