This 350 m2 unique villa is located in the traditional village of Tsagarada in Pelio.Tsagarada is the most well-known tourist destination of Greece as it combines wonderful beaches for summer vacations but also mountains with ski resorts and skiing activities.
The Space:
The villa can accommodate up to ten guests. In the first floor of the property there are four bedrooms with double size beds.Two bedrooms are master with their own bathrooms and have a beautiful view in Skiathos island.
In the main floor there is a large and comfortable living area with a dining table for five persons and it is connected with a fully equipped kitchen where you can find all the necessities.The traditional fireplace gives a classy flair in the room.
In the basement you can find a sauna,a ping pong table,a gym bicycle and a bathroom. Finally the property includes a 72 m2 swimming pool in a plot of nearly 4000 m2,with trees and flowers all over!Also there is a barbeque and a warehouse.Each floor of the property is nearly 115m2.
But the greatest advantage of the house is the fantastic sea view to Skiathos island!
Fresh sheets and towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned by professionals before each visit.
All the house area is cleaned and disinfected.

The well-known Mylopotamos beach and Fakistra are only in 10 minutes distance.The village of Tsagarada is about fourty five minutes distance from Volos and about one hour and a half from Nea Anchilaos airport. Tsagarada is compromised by 4 different communities (Agious Taxiarxes, Agia Paraskevi, Agia Kyriaki and Agio Stefano) with 4 different public squares.The property is located in the upper part of Agious Taxiarxes community offering a quiet and relaxing accommodation!
