If we find more people in the listing than in the reservation, they will be removed from the property and charged to your reservation for each additional person according to the commission per additional person. - Please note that children (age 2 and above) count as guests and must be added to your booking. - Departure is at 11:00 am. Only if agreed and when availability allows, a later departure can be arranged for a fee. If we find you at the apartment after the departure time, you will be charged the daily rate.
- We use high quality white sheets and towels. Make sure they are free of stains. Will be charged if they get dirty.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If we find you are smoking within a penalty of €100 will be charged to your booking.
- For commercial use (photographs and video recordings) are allowed only after our consent. Different prices from the daily price.
- Packages or mail cannot be sent to the apartment
