My place is a 260sq.m villa in Agia Marina Koropi (Nimfon street-number 20) with 3 floors,with an internal staircase, that can accommodate 14 people.The ground floor (75sq.m) has an individual entrance and it can be provided separately (max 6 persons).The first and second floor is a single space with an individual entrance (max 8 persons).The surrouging area is private, safe, it has many free place for parking, beatiful garden, swimming pool and a great view to green hills and the sea. It's suitable for couples, families (with children) and big groups.
The villa has five(5) bedrooms, two(2) livingroom-kitchens, three(3) bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) and two(2) w.c. There is also an internal and external storage. It's 2.2 km from Athens -Sounio seaside avenue and the coast of Agia Marina (5 minute by car), with sandy beaches, taverns, grills, coffe shops etc. It's 15 km away from the airport, 1.5 km from SM and gas store. Also it's 27 km from Acropolis, 30 km from Poseidon's Temple (Sounio) and 25 km from Artemida's Temple (Vravrona).
