Location: Located directly on South Chesterman Beach, step off your beachside deck onto the infamous Chesterman Beach to enjoy long walks, beach combing, biking, and soaking up the sun! While the beach is the destination, it's a short 10 minute drive to downtown Tofino and all your local favourites.
Kitchen & Dining: With an open concept kitchen, dining and living room that feature 180 degree views of Chesterman Beach creates a perfect backdrop for any master chefs and with the kitchen to accommodate. Primary Bedroom: King bed with Smart TV and peekaboo ocean views from a small balcony and of course a 5 piece ensuite bathroom with luxurious soaker tub and steam shower.
Second Bedroom: King bed with Smart TV and window seat featuring serene forest views.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with Smart TV with small peekaboo balcony.
Bathrooms: This home has two bathrooms. The primary ensuite, located off the master bedroom, features a soaker tub, steam shower, and double vanity. The second bathroom is located down the hall, close to the second and third bedrooms, and includes both a walk-in shower and a bathtub/shower combination, making it ideal for families or larger groups.
Laundry room: The home also features a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use, making it especially convenient for longer stays or after a day of exploring the coast.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy the back deck directly on South Chesterman with brand new bar seating, or use the beachside barrel sauna with an epic view or jump in the hot tub after a day of exploring to soak in the views. **On-Site Caretaker Suite: Please note that a long-term tenant resides on-site in a caretaker suite, as required by Tofino Bylaws for all licensed vacation rentals. The caretaker suite has a separate entry from the guest accommodation; however, the driveway is shared. You will have private access to the entire vacation rental and all advertised amenities throughout your stay.

• Renter's Agreement: All guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 30 years of age.
• Maximum Occupancy: In accordance with Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of six (6) guests is permitted, including infants and children. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation and require guests to leave the property without refund.
• Minimum Stay Requirements: During peak summer season (July-August), a minimum stay of 5 nights is required (unless it fills a gap)
• All summer bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps between reservations. During the summer season, reservation changes that create a one-night gap between bookings cannot be accommodated, as we do not accept one-night stays.
• A minimum stay of three (3) nights is also required for all Canadian Statutory Holiday periods.
• DOG Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed only. All dogs must be approved AND PAID FOR prior to arrival. Guests who arrive with unregistered dogs or exceed the approved pet limit may be required to check out immediately. Dogs may not be left unattended in the property unless they are securely crated. Sorry no cats allowed.
• Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbours and the local community.
• VRBO Beachfront Cancellation: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. Guests who cancel at least 30 days prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Accidental Damage Protection: A $10/day fee is already included in your reservation and covers accidental damages up to $1,000. This does not cover damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.
