"Oikos Jullia" is located at the top of the village and has a view of the entire village below it, but also of Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos across the water.
The house is built lower than the road, so it is very quiet (also in quiet surroundings). There is an outside sitting area and a dining table under a roof. The house has a large courtyard with a mulberry tree that provides natural shade. There are umbrellas and pergolas and you can enjoy the magnificent views (or starry night sky) on the sun-beds or the hammock. A big (stone) barbeque and a shower are also available outside.
Inside the house you will find a cozy living room with two sofas, a fireplace, a TV, and a music system. The adjoining kitchen with an indoors dinner-table has an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and all the utensils necessary. There are two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with two double beds; if necessary, it is possible to add a bed in the living room.

Below the main level, there is the lower courtyard with a vegetable garden (cucumber tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, etc.) of which you can take care and make use of, if you want!
