Playia Villa I is an Neoclassical villa built on the highest point of Petriti, in the area of Playa. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda.
The space
The house is built between olive trees and Cypress trees. Outdoor there is a private pool as well as the pergola with the BBQ gas, marble sink and work bench. The outdoor dining area will be the meeting point since it has a prominent spot between the blue of the pool and the green of our garden.
This villa occupies 2 levels
At the entrance you find the living room and to the right of it a fully equipped kitchen as well as a small WC. To the left of the entrance is the master bedroom which has a private bathroom and a view of the pool.
On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms as well as the main bathroom. On the balcony you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink since it has an outdoor living room.
In all bedrooms we have mattresses of the award-winning Coronavirus company Imperial Strom which allow the guest to choose whether they want the soft or hard side.
