Positive: All inclusive is a little bit expensive, but meals, snacks, drinks and waterpark in this hotel are high quality. Location in Platanias is good with plenty of shopping, entertaiment for kids and good beach nearby. Small playground was better than expected and in good condition. The gym was pretty modern and well equipped.

Negative: The large pool should be cleaned better, for the entire duration of our stay a green algae stripe circulated the wall of the pool just above water surface. Most likely it is somekind of material issue of the pool tiles reacting with water surface, but it did not look nice. In October all of the pools and waterpark water temperature was a bit too cool, hotel of this level could consider using solar heating to extend the season. The bar could use more staff at peak hours and rearranging the bar might make operation much smoother.

Summary: Great place to relax with all inclusive, but some room for improvement.
