Spanning approximately 350 square metres, the house unfolds across three main levels with split-level transitions, creating generous shared spaces alongside areas of privacy.
The lower level features a flexible living area with direct access to the outdoor entrance space. This level can also be used for additional sleeping arrangements, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 10 guests when needed.
The main level is the heart of the house, offering an open indoor–outdoor living space that opens onto a large sea-facing wooden deck terrace. From this level there is also direct access to the rear garden and the outdoor BBQ area, allowing daily life to flow naturally between inside and outside.
The upper level hosts the master suite, a quiet retreat with sea views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and a hydromassage shower column. In total, the villa offers: 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and 1 en-suite master suite with jacuzzi bathtub and hydromassage shower.
