The bedroom on the ground floor has a double-sized bed and a communal bathroom with a shower for all the guests. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, while the rest two are with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. 9-seater minivan policy
We provide a 9-seater minivan as an additional amenity for our guests with a valid driving license. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. The minivan is available upon arrival at the villa and can be used throughout the stay. Therefore, please note that it does not cover transportation to and from the villa. However, we would be more than happy to assist in arranging transfers to and from the villa at an additional cost. **Age restriction: Please note that the complimentary minivan service is only available to drivers who are at least 25 years old. *** ? 300EUR deposit in cash is required upon car pick-up as a guarantee for proper use. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided the car has not incurred any damages.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1,5EUR per night from March to October and 0,5EUR per night from November to February. This fee will be paid by bank transfer on booking.
