Studio Estia is located on the ground floor next to Studio Eolos. It is built of half a meter thick stone wall, which gives a fantastic coolness in summer. The stone is visible inside the house and offers a nice contrast to the wooden furniture. The furniture is worked by the owner of the house itself and give the room a personal touch. Porto Katsiki at the southern tip of the island can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
