Summary: This is a gorgeous villa located about 20 minutes by car from the Chania waterfront, in a citrus grove. It is a peaceful, luxurious oasis above the fray. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample lounging and dining areas, both indoors and outdoors. Full A/C throughout the house, and fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to cook your own meals. The swimming pool and deck area are gorgeous and meticulously maintained, with orange trees surrounding the yard. The newly-built house is impeccably clean, with modern, tasteful decor. It felt like a little slice of paradise returning to this villa after our daily excursions. Our gracious host, Anastasia, welcomed us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, including restaurant and beach recommendations. She and her family members even brought us special home-made or home-grown treats every day. Having a car is a must for this villa, as it is rather remote with nothing of interest nearby. I'd say the only drawback is the location, but we knew what we were getting into, and it suited us to be away from the congested city and beach region. We took day trips by car for the four days we were there, and drove to Chania for dinner every evening. If we'd had more days we would have spent a few just lounging by the pool in the sun. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem of a house to any family or group of travellers - it exceeded our expectations! We were extremely grateful to stay in Villa Enny.
