The village has 3 mini markets and several tavernas as well as 3 superb sandy beaches also nearby. The livelier resort of Lassi is just a short 10 minute drive away and boasts 2 beautiful sandy beaches - Makris and Platis Gialos. A little further on is the capital of Argostoli, where you can see loggerhead turtles swimming in the harbour and enjoy browsing the shops.
