On the first floor , (where we are led by stairs or elevator ) , we will find three bedrooms , two bathrooms and ample wardrobe space in a separate room . The master bedroom offers the bathroom in the room . All of the rooms have windows which overlook the garden and the swimming pool and the interior balcony on the first floor overlooks the living room and dining area . The villa is fully protected by an alarm system and sound proof windows . In the basement , we will find 70 additional square meters with protected parking space and laundry area , equipped with a washing machine and dryer . We should also mention that the whole villa is equipped with central heating and airconditioning system , ( Fan Coil ) all year round .
