The room also offers a 43 Smart TV with satellite channels for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals with high-end appliances, and the dining area accommodates up to 4 guests for an intimate meal.
There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms on the ground level. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, provides a relaxing space with air conditioning and easy access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom is also fitted with a queen-size bed and offers the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and direct pool access. In addition, a communal bathroom with a shower is available on this level for extra convenience.
The villa also features a loft area with an open-plan bedroom, where guests can enjoy the flexibility of twin beds and a cozy sofa that can be converted into two additional single beds upon request (for an extra charge). This level includes a bathroom with a bathtub, providing a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploration.

The villas outdoor area is a true highlight, with a large swimming pool (45 sqm) offering a refreshing spot to cool off while enjoying the panoramic views of the sea.
