Inside, Villa Nesea is modern, air-conditioned and full of light. It is set over 3 floors, connected via an internal staircase. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, are located on the upper floor and have access to large sea-facing terraces perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views. The ground floor houses the main living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, and a useful family shower room. One floor below, in the spacious basement area, guests will find another large double bedroom, a sitting area perfect for playing, and even a piano! On this floor there is also a WC with washing machine.
Outside, Villa Nesea is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for dining, relaxing, or enjoying the views. A private pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, complements the setting. The pool measures 5m x 4.2 m and depth is 1.5m .
